To schedule an appointment with the Bishop, please contact Brother Mike Mangum by text, phone call, or email. Contact info is available in the Tools app or on the sacrament program.
1) Go to the Church's website (link here)
2) Sign in and select the "Temple Appointments" tile at the top of the page (you may need to scroll over to find the tile)
3) Click on "Select this Temple" if the temple you desire to make an appointment at is showing or "Select a Different Temple" if you would like to make an appointment at a temple other than the one showing.
4) Select the ordinance you would like to perform
5) Select who is going with you to the appointment (myself, my spouse, additional guests)
6) Select an available appointment date and then select the time you'd like to attend.
7) Click "schedule appointment" to finalize the reservation
Use the Tools app and select the "Prayer Roll" tile

1) Go to the Church's website (link here)
2) Sign in to go to your home page
3) Several tiles/links will be listed toward the top of the page. Select the "Temple Prayer Roll" tile (you may need to scroll over to find the tile)
4) List the name(s) of the individual(s) whose name(s) you'd like to add to the prayer roll.
5) Click "Submit Names"

2) Sign in and select the "Donations" tile (you may need to scroll over to find the tile)
3) Fill out the form with your desired donation
4) Select your bank account (or add a new account)
5) Review and submit the donation

2) Login to your church account. If you do not know your member number, please contact your ward clerk.
3) Once you are logged into your account, select ‘Donations’
4) The donation page will populate, you will then select ‘Settings’.
5) Scroll through the menu, selecting your preferences.
6) You will find a section called ‘Donation Accounts’. Enter in your financial institution (FI) information, including routing number and your account number. To have expenses electronically remitted to you, you must also complete the section ‘Expense Reimbursement Account’. You can choose your same donation account, or if you prefer, select a different financial institution or account at your primary that you own and enter the related information asked for in the menu.
7) Once completed and submitted, you will be able to have your expenses reimbursed electronically. This is the preferred method for reimbursement and is generally quicker in processing payment once approved
Organization leaders can submit receipts for church-related expenses by completing the following steps:
1) On a mobile device, open Member Tools.
2) Log in using your Church Account credentials.
3) Go to the Finance menu.
4) Click Payment Requests from the menu.
5) Click the Add Button (+) to start a new request.
6) Click ‘Add Myself’ or select the desired Payee from the list and confirm your choice.
7) Enter a Purpose for the expense.
To add a receipt:
Click the Add Button (+).
Make a selection from the Category drop-down list.
Enter the Amount from the receipt.
Click Add Receipt.
Upload a picture of the receipt or take a new picture of the receipt using your device’s camera.
Review the picture.
Select OK or Retry.
Review payment information. Add additional payment information or receipts as needed. Click Save.
Click Submit.
